研究领域 (Research focus):

研究植物蛋白质组及重要功能蛋白复合体组的基本成份, 动态表达、修饰定位、结构功能, 及相互作用。 开展农林业物种(如毛竹、杉树、水稻, 茶叶等)的基础蛋白质组学研究。 深入进行模式植物的蛋白复合体组学研究, 以求揭示植物RNA多聚酶与转录机构蛋白复合体组的基本成份与变化规律, 以及转录复合体组在农林业物种生长发育过程中的作用机制。

Investigation of plant proteomes, including proteome composition, modification, and functional interaction.  Descriptive proteomic analyses of general proteomes of crop species, including rice, bamboo, China fir, tea, etc, and complex proteomes of the General Transcription Machinery (GTM) of Arabidopsis.   Functional proteomics study of mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation in response to developmental and environmental signals.
