PI简介(PI Introduction)

马留银,副教授,硕士生导师,2013年博士毕业于美国肯塔基大学植物生理学专业,2014年7月受聘为福建农林大学林学中心全职副教授。2016年获福建农林大学“金山学者”、“优秀教师”荣誉称号。以福建农林大学为依托单位主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、福建省自然科学基金面上项目一项,已结题国际合作横向课题1项。在《PNAS》、《Genome Research》等国际期刊发表论文多篇。目前主要从事转录后调控、林木遗传改良相关研究。

研究领域 (Research focus):
       开展林木转录后调控网络研究。整合PacBio Iso-seq、RNA-seq、PAT-seq等先进技术手段与分子生物学及生物信息学方法,深入研究选择性多聚腺苷酸化与可变剪切关联调控森林树种速生、厚壁、次生生长等关键生物学过程的分子机制,筛选关键基因并在模式植物中验证其功能,为后续林木遗传改良提供理论基础。开展植物细胞核定位代谢酶的筛选、鉴定、功能与分子机制研究。利用多学科交叉,筛选与鉴定在细胞核定位的代谢酶,研究其在细胞核内的功能,解析其调控植物生长发育的分子机制,为研究植物代谢酶的反馈机制提供新的思路。

Our group interested in studying post-transcriptional regulation network of forestry species in order to analyze the mutually regulation mechanism of alternative polyadenylation and alternative splicing; screening the core regulating genes for key developmental stages such as fast-growth, thicken-wall and secondary growth by integrating of PacBio Iso-seq, strand-strand RNA-seq and PAT-seq as well as molecular and bioinformatics methods. We also interested in screening and validation of nuclear localized metabolic enzymes, studying its function in nucleus, decipher the molecular mechanism of these enzymes in feedback regulation of plant development.
